What does Nifti Mobility Group do?
We work on the commercial and operational side of car rental: strategy, pricing, distribution, operations, and the technology behind them. We advise companies, and we build data and tools that make the industry clearer.
Who do you work with?
Car-rental operators, brokers, travel agents, travel and technology companies, and investors. If you rent, sell, or build around car rental, we can help.
How do the advisory engagements work?
Three levels: a monthly Advisor for the big decisions, a Strategic Advisor with weekly involvement and real work behind it, and Fractional Leadership where we embed part-time and own a workstream. You can also scope a one-off project.
What is the Nifti Insider?
A weekly newsletter. One true thing about how car rental actually works, free to read, with a deeper edition for members who want the whole picture.
What are the Insights?
Our published findings from our own car-rental data: how the same car gets classed as different sizes, cars still listed that stopped being built, where travel really sells, and more. Free to read.
Do you sell to travelers directly?
Not yet on this site. The traveler-facing tools, know before you book and help when it goes wrong, are coming separately. This site is the company and the expertise.
