Questions rental companies ask
Do you charge commission?
No commission comes out of your rates. You send net rates by category and season; niftirent adds its margin and sets the price the traveler sees.
What's included in the price travelers see?
Every mandatory charge and cover, plus taxes and fees, sits inside the price on screen. Optional covers and extras are clearly priced add-ons.
Do I need an API?
No. A rate and availability sheet works to start. If you have your own booking system or a channel manager, we can connect to it.
How do you pay us?
Travelers prepay at booking. We pay you the net amount monthly, by the 15th, for rentals completed the month before.
Can I be exclusive at my airport?
Where it's available. The Exclusive Launch Partner package makes you the only rental company at your airport on niftirent for a set period. Check the list above, or apply and we'll tell you.
Which travelers will see my cars?
North America first: the US and Canada. Also the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, each paying in their own currency.
How long until we go live?
Your location goes live once your rates are loaded and we've tested real bookings end to end. A rate sheet is the quickest way in.
Do you promise bookings?
No. We report real searches, bookings and revenue every month, and we never promise traffic or bookings. Your booking and customer data is used only to serve the rental and your report.
