Low Emission Zone (LEZ)
Also known as: LEZ, emission zone, ULEZ
An area where only vehicles meeting emission standards may drive, sometimes for a fee, enforced by cameras in a number of European cities. Entering in a non-compliant car, or without registering, can bring a fine.
